The room houses works by artists from the past such as
Gerolamo Romanino, Francesco Cairo, Carlo Maratta, Giacomo Favretto and others from the 16th and 17th centuries, as well as by modern artists like Lucio Fontana, Mario Sironi, Vittorio Tavernari, Umberto Milani and Olexandr Archipenko, through to contemporary works by artists like Joel Meyerowitz, Ettore Spalletti, Mimmo Paladino and Lawrence Carroll. All are different voices from the same dialogue between the arts - including photography, often neglected by the so-called «holy art».
